John R.R. Tolkien News: Jackson and del Toro working on Hobbit together

Yahoo News: Del Toro, who is directing the movies, will team with the "Lord of the Rings" filmmaker and "Hobbit" executive producer Jackson to adapt the J.R.R. Tolkien book and write its follow-up. Also joining them in the writers' room are Frank Walsh and Philippa Boyens, both of whom collaborated with Jackson on the "Rings" trilogy.

Fantasy Arts News: Song of Ice and Fire calendar!

George R.R. Martin announced on his website the brand new Song Of Ice and Fire calendar with the graphics created by Michael Komarck for Dabel Brothers. The calendar features two already released arts of Ned Stark and Sansa Stark as well as many new images including: Jon Snow, Lord Berric Dondarrion fighting Sandor Clegane and more!

Fantasy Movie News: Prince Caspian wins Teen Choice Award!

Narnia Web: The 10th annual Teen Choice Award nominees they were announced back in June. Recently "Prince Caspian" won the Choice Movie Action Adventure category! Sadly Ben Barnes lost out to Drake Bell from "Superhero Movie" in the Choice Movie Breakout Male category.
